Terms of Service

The website and app introduce the Company and its financial products, and the mobile app additionally provides membership benefits such as rewards. They are informational and membership services.

No financial transactions — including loan applications, evaluations, approvals, or disbursements — take place on the website or in the app. Product information shown in the service is not an offer or a promise of loan approval; actual loan consultations and contracts are handled separately through the Company's official channels (branch visits, phone consultations, etc.).

UniLend is available to users in countries where the service is provided and where users are legally allowed to use the service. You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• use your own account;
• create only one account per person; and
• complete email verification before using the service.

When you create an account, you may provide information such as your full name, email address, password, mobile number (optional), and referral code (optional).

To operate the service, protect accounts, prevent misuse, and improve the service, UniLend may also automatically collect information such as device information, app version, IP address, login history, and push notification tokens. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

If necessary, we may request additional information or verification to protect your account, prevent misuse, or comply with applicable laws.

You are responsible for keeping your account safe. You must not share your password, transfer your account, or allow another person to use your account.

If you believe your account has been used without permission or has a security issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

UniLend provides services to its members through the mobile app. The features, availability, and operation of the service may be changed, added, suspended, or discontinued based on service improvements or operational needs.

You must use the service in a normal and fair manner and must not harm other users or interfere with the operation of the service.

Rewards provided through UniLend are promotional benefits related to the use of the service. Rewards are not guaranteed cash or cash equivalents.

Rewards may be granted, adjusted, withheld, revoked, or discontinued in accordance with the Operating Policy. Detailed information about rewards and service operations can be found in the Operating Policy.

You agree to use UniLend honestly and responsibly. You agree to:

• keep your account information accurate and up to date;
• follow applicable laws and these Terms;
• respect other users and the service; and
• avoid interfering with the normal operation of the service.

You must not:

• create or use multiple accounts;
• use false information or another person's information;
• misuse the referral system;
• use bots, macros, scripts, automation tools, or emulators;
• manipulate advertisements or reward activities;
• exploit system vulnerabilities or use the service in an abnormal way;
• harm other users or interfere with service operations; or
• engage in illegal or fraudulent activity.

UniLend may use third-party services to provide and operate the service. These may include services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, advertising networks, or other external service providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers.

If you violate these Terms or the Operating Policy, we may take actions such as issuing a warning, restricting certain features, withholding or revoking rewards, temporarily suspending your account, or permanently suspending your account.

You may request membership withdrawal at any time through the menu in the app. If you are unable to use the app, you may also request withdrawal by contacting our Support Team by email.

Upon requesting withdrawal, your use of the service ends immediately, and any unused rewards are forfeited and will not be restored or compensated in cash or otherwise.

After a 30-day grace period following your withdrawal request, your personal information is permanently deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy; only information whose retention is required by law is retained for the applicable period and then destroyed. You may cancel the withdrawal by logging in again within the grace period.

To prevent misuse and reward abuse, re-registration may be restricted for 30 days after withdrawal.

UniLend works to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, system issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

The UniLend service, app, logo, trademarks, designs, content, and related materials are owned by UniLend or their rightful owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use them without prior permission from the Company.

We may change the service or these Terms from time to time. If a change significantly affects users, we will provide notice through the app or other official communication channels before the change takes effect.

If you continue using the service after the updated Terms become effective, you may be considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

UniLend provides the service to the extent permitted by applicable laws. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we may limit our responsibility for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes related to the service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Philippines.
