To provide step-based rewards and allow you to track your daily activity, the UniLend mobile app accesses, collects, and uses health data (specifically your step count / physical activity data) only after obtaining your explicit prior consent.

The use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Health Data Collection and Usage Details

• Data Accessed and Collected: Step counts (daily physical activity step records).
• Access and Collection Method: Accessed via the Android Google Health Connect API and/or device motion sensor permissions when explicitly enabled by the user.
• Purpose of Use: Displaying daily/accumulated step statistics and awarding step-based rewards and points.
• Data Retention and Security: Transmitted via secure, encrypted protocols and stored securely on our servers for reward validation and account synchronization.
• Limited Use and Prohibition of Sharing: In accordance with Google Health Connect policies, health data is never sold or shared with third parties or data brokers, and is not used for advertising or AI/ML model training.

You can withdraw permission or disconnect Health Connect at any time in your Android device settings or the Health Connect app. Revoking access will immediately stop step count collection.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing the service
• Customer support

• Preventing misuse and fraud
• Strengthening service security
• Complying with applicable laws

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable laws.
