• Operating system and version

• Language settings

• Push notification token

• Error and diagnostic information
• Website: a language-preference cookie (to remember your chosen language)

When you request membership withdrawal, your personal information is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period (during which you may cancel the withdrawal by logging in again). However, certain information may be retained when required by law or necessary for service operations.

Receiving marketing communications is optional. You may change your marketing preferences at any time in the app settings. Important service notices may still be sent regardless of your marketing preference.

Push notifications may also be controlled through your device or operating system settings.

UniLend applies reasonable and appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information. We continuously review and improve our privacy and security practices to help keep your information safe.

You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal information. We will process these requests in accordance with applicable laws, including RA 10173.

• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw your membership (available directly from the menu in the app; deletion occurs after a 30-day grace period — see the Membership Withdrawal section of the Terms of Service for details)
• Change your marketing preferences
• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines

UniLend does not knowingly provide the service to children who are not legally permitted to use the service under applicable laws. If necessary, we may request age verification or additional confirmation.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in applicable laws or our services. If a change significantly affects users, we will provide notice through the app or other official communication channels before the changes take effect.
