Operating Policy

UniLend may provide various rewards based on your participation in the service. Rewards are promotional benefits and do not guarantee cash or cash equivalents.

We may grant, adjust, withhold, revoke, or discontinue rewards in accordance with this Operating Policy. Reward types and methods may change as the service evolves.

UniLend may offer different participation programs within the service. Participation methods and eligibility requirements will be explained in the app or through official announcements.

Programs may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Members may invite others to join UniLend. Eligibility requirements and reward criteria for invitation programs may change based on operational needs.

Abuse of the invitation program may result in reward cancellation or account restrictions.

UniLend may operate promotions and special events from time to time. Each promotion or event may have its own participation requirements, operating period, and conditions.

Participation or rewards may no longer be available after an event has ended.

Rewards earned by members are managed according to this Operating Policy. We may adjust or revoke rewards in cases such as system errors, misuse, fraud, or operational necessity.

Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless expressly stated by UniLend.

Some rewards may be provided using random selection or other operational criteria. When random rewards are offered, the applicable criteria or probability information may be displayed within the service or announced through official channels.

We may update reward criteria or probability information as part of normal service operations.

All members are expected to use the service fairly and responsibly. The following activities are prohibited:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Using bots, macros, scripts, automation tools, or emulators
• Manipulating advertisements or reward activities
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Interfering with the operation of the service
• Any other activity determined by the Company to be abusive or fraudulent

If you violate this Operating Policy or the Terms of Service, we may take actions including warning, restricting certain features, withholding rewards, revoking rewards, temporary account suspension, or permanent account suspension.

The action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

We may revise this Operating Policy as our service or operational requirements change. If a change significantly affects members, we will provide notice through the app or other official communication channels before the change takes effect.
